Water is not just water!

Let's embark on a wonderful, refreshing and delcious journey! A journey in the gourmet wolrd seens through the lenses of drinks.

As the title goes - water is not just water! But what does it mean? It means that water has terroir, taste and nuances, and water can improve or destroy our gastronomical experiences.



I want us to go beyond the question the era of "still or sparkling?". I want to put mineral water at their entitled place at the gastronomical table next to wine, spirits, cofee and of course, food.


Along the journey we will learn:

  • how to understand water (and sake): featurs, stories and ideas behind the brands

  • how to pair them with food, wine and other drinks

  • where to travel to discover delicious waters and their benefits

  • how to taste food and water

  • from different specialists
