About Me
My 13 years in Food Business have put me through a lot of tests.
I created concepts, menus, staff trainings, branding, social media and everything in between.

I did a lot of "firsts" in Romania, but the water and sake masterclasses are on top of my personal bests. And they made me understand that the next step in food industry is pairing. And this is my all time passion.
