Another first for the industry: with Ana Maria Dragoescu, my partner in the Izvoare de Cunoastere project - we created the first Romanian Water Customer Profile - a detailed picture of the Romanian water customer.

We interviewed more than 1000 customers, with a wide demography and created a detailed image that is needed for bottlers & producers, PR & Marketing, retailers, and families alike.
